Shipping Methods

We offer a flat $5.99 standard ground shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. We also offer 2nd day air and next day air shipping at quoted rates.

All orders will be confirmed upon receipt by return email with order detail and payment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order ships, you will receive a 2nd email with your shipping confirmation and information including your shipment's tracking information and a link to the carrier's tracking website.

Returns

Office Refills stands behind every product that we sell. A small percentage of cartridges, even new cartridges will have a warranty issue. If that happens, we want to rectify it as soon as possible. Please contact sales@officerefills.com immediately to get a prompt replacement cartridge and Return Merchandise Form. We will need to charge your credit card for the replacement cartridge. Your credit card will be credited for the replacement cartridge including any freight charges once the defective cartridge has been received and inspected by the manufacturer.
